Well its time to get the motor together. First had to get at the heads. Valves all done, 3 angle valve job finished, AV&V 600 lift heavy duty valve spring set installed and they are ready to go.

Bottom end is done and trued and slipped into the new S&S Big Bore Cases.

Since this is an old school style bike there has to be some old time heavy wrinkle finish paint on it. We decided to detail the lifter blocks and the cam cover as well. New lifters going in, Jim's steel breather gear and Andrew's EV59 cam to perk her up! Big bore 3 5/8th's cylinders and Wiseco Big Bore pistons to top it off. Just got the powder coated black rocker covers and old school finned tops back for her, along with a few other pieces. Will post pics when the motor is together.

Well I liked that so well it was time to give the tranny top lid and clutch cover the treatment as well.
