How It Works

After leaving the refinery, all fuels begin to degrade in quality. They are affected by oxygen, ozone and various microorganisms including yeast, mold and bacteria. The longer any fuel is stored before using, the more it degrades. When the fuel goes through the Fitch Fuel Catalyst it is re-refined and its original quality restored thus enabling it to burn more completely.

The direct result of this increased combustion efficiency is:

Same heat out (BTU’s) with less fuel

Emissions reductions of up to 98%

Reduction of soot and carbon buildup

Our Guarantee

We guarantee minimum of savings of 10% on any residential oil burner and 5% on any commercial and industrial oil burner (10 gph and higher).
If you are not savings at least that amount you may return the unit for a complete refund any time up to one year after installation.

Available Units

Fitch Fuel Catalyst units are available in the following stock sizes, rated in gallons per hour:
5, 10, 20, 25, 35, 50 and 75 gph.

Custom units for larger industrial applications may be special ordered for any size requirement.
